Zenifex IT Solutions is committed to providing high-quality digital services. This policy outlines our position on refunds for the services we provide.
1. Digital Services
As our products are digital services (e.g., website development, software code, design assets, branding, consultation) and not physical goods, we do not offer returns. Once a project is initiated and work has commenced, we cannot offer a refund.
2. Non-refundable Payments
The 50% advance payment required to initiate any service is non-refundable. This payment covers the costs of project discovery, planning, resource allocation, and the initial work commenced.
Payments for services such as consultation, technical support, server setup, SEO setup, and company registration support are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
3. Project Cancellation
You may cancel your project at any time by providing written notice. However, please be aware of the following:
- If you cancel before any work has begun (within 24 hours of payment and before any project resources are allocated), you may be eligible for a partial refund of the advance, less any processing fees.
- If you cancel after work has begun, the 50% advance payment is forfeited, and you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, billed at our standard hourly rate or as a percentage of project completion.
4. Client Satisfaction
We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the work, we will make every reasonable effort to revise the project deliverables to meet the agreed-upon specifications as outlined in the Service Agreement or Scope of Work.
Refunds are not granted for subjective dissatisfaction if the delivered work aligns with the approved project scope and design mockups. The 50% final payment is due upon final delivery and acceptance of the completed project.
